Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and creative individuals to join our team as Digital Marketing and Customer Acquisition Interns. In this role, you will work remotely to develop, implement, and evaluate marketing strategies to enhance our digital presence and attract customers. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in digital marketing, refine your skills, and contribute to Aliff Capital’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training: Participate in training sessions designed to enhance your skills in digital marketing and customer acquisition.
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with the team to develop, implement, and evaluate marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness and acquiring new customers.
- Content Creation: Create and manage digital marketing content across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, and websites.
- Analysis: Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness, providing recommendations for optimization.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the team to refine strategies and contribute to the company’s marketing goals.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: A degree or pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Digital Marketing Skills: Basic understanding of digital marketing tools, techniques, and platforms.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content and report findings effectively.
- Analytical: Ability to analyze marketing metrics and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with other team members and contribute to collective goals.
Terms and Conditions:
- Term: 6 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance evaluations.
- Confidentiality: Interns are expected to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information of the company.
- Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement on thirty (30) days’ written notice to the other.
